Why LDC

Learning Disabilities Clinic was founded in 1968 by its owner and director, Lynne Master. Its original mission was to diagnose and treat the wide range of learning disorders that affect individuals of all ages. Since then LDC has expanded its expertise to include educational opportunities for child, high school, and adult education. With a personally assigned, Master or Ph.D. level teacher, one-to-one instruction is offered to each individual in a friendly, supportive, and success oriented atmosphere.

People who process information differently than the majority of the population may have a learning disorder which affects the way they learn to read, write, spell, calculate numbers, speak, and organize. At Learning Disabilities Clinic each learning difficulty is carefully diagnosed to determine the nature of the problem and the most appropriate learning program is designed based upon individual learning style.

Learning Disabilities Clinic believes that by mastering fundamental skills and study techniques, each individual will develop a positive attitude and gain the self confidence essential for a lifetime of success and fulfillment.
